Teachers: All Ecole 360 teachers have their CPR/First Aid, Food Handler, Mandated Reporter, Shaken Baby, and SIDS trainings update.Lead teachers hold degrees in early childhood education or related fields, and assistant teachers have certification and experience. All the teachers use effective and unique lesson plans with the guidance of Creative Curriculum to engage children in the learning process. Ecole 360 provides ongoing training and coaching about health and safety standards, curriculum and classroom practices, developmental guidelines and enrichment programs so the teachers can provide excellent care to children. Each year, we recognize our outstanding Ecole 360 educators with "Teacher of the Year” award for their excellence in early childhood education.
Directors: Our directors provide continual assessment and support to prepare children for success in school and in life. They ensure that highly trained teachers are in Ecole 360 to guide the children to help them learn in 360 extend. They also coach teachers, in everyday basis, on health and safety standards, curriculum requirements, developmental guidelines and enrichment programs.

I have been working for Ecole 360 since it was open in 2017. I believe here is one of the best childcare that a teacher would like to work. The management works with the teachers to give them the amount support to prepare for their lessons and they have an open-door policy to bring concerns to them. Over the time I am here I felt appreciated for the work that I was doing in my classroom. If I had concerns, I felt more than comfortable to talk with them and felt that my concerns were valued, and we worked together to resolve them. The teachers helped each other with ideas for lessons and in their classrooms and daily schedules. The atmosphere was one of a team, supporting each other. The families that we serve are very helpful, too. They are the ones that they show their appreciation every day. Meg Birgun, the owner, was there daily and involved with the families and staff. I am happy to work at Ecole 360. Here is a real family to me.
