Worth Every Penny

Our kids have been attending Ecole for a full year now, and we are so glad we found this wonderful place! Childcare is expensive, but it also is a major investment in your child’s development, and we feel that Ecole 360 is worth every penny.

A Safe and Enriching Place

We love Ecole 360 so much. Our daughter graduated last year; our son is still at Ecole 360. They have enormous open space, indoor playground, and all the teachers are so sweet and welcoming all the time. They care for your child...

Wonderful Care from the Very Beginning

My little girl started here when she was 2 months old and is 7 months now. She absolutely loves it, and teacher-parent communication is great! Communicating with the teacher is also super easy, convenient, and they answer fast! Pictures, feedings, diaper changes, etc. are all shared through an app. We love it here and the staff is great.

Our little boy Mac is loving his teachers, playing with new friends and learning many new sounds, sights and tastes. They have a great food menu so your child gets exposed to a variety of foods and becomes a better eater at home. We love Ecole!

A Second Family for Our Children

Both my children love Ecole 360. My oldest attended prekindergarten and looks forward to greeting her second family when I drop off my son for preschool. The staff and leadership team are friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. As an educator myself, I have extremely high expectations for our children’s education. I cannot speak highly enough about Ecole 360. The learning is thematic, hands on and engaging. They have so many fun enrichments and exciting experiences for children…

With our 2nd child to advance through Ecole's classrooms I have been consistently pleased with the level of care, communication and enthusiasm of the staff. In particular, our daughter has had Ms. Emily as a teacher both as a toddler and now in the Spanish Immersion class, and I can't say enough good things about her positivity and commitment to the kids...

A Warm and Vibrant Community

We LOVE Ecole360! From the awesome teachers, the warm and inviting staff, the large and bright learning environment and excellent curriculum, oh and the built-in network of parents and cool events for us to socialize with each other, Ecole360 has been a great decision for our family. Our daughter enjoys her time there as well, so we can rest easy knowing she is in good hands. Highly recommend this daycare to your little one(s) for childcare!

A Home Away from Home

Our family highly recommends Ecole 360! It is a home away from home. Our 2.5-year-old and 4-month-old both attend Ecole 360. Their teachers are loving, caring and provide great daily updates via the app. Our family loves the detailed calendar of activities, healthy food options provided and enrichments like Yoga. Our son is so excited to go to "school" every day and we are constantly in awe of the new things he learns there!

We’ve had a great experience in the toddler room for our twins. As parents of preemies (born 2 months early), we really appreciate how flexible and supportive the teachers are in meeting them where they’re at developmentally...

As the grandmother of 2 children who attend Ecole 360 in Palatine, I have been so impressed with the curriculum at each age and warmth of teachers and staff. My granddaughter is more than ready for Kindergarten next year. The truest indicator is that both grandchildren have never said they didn't want to "go to school". What a tremendous basis for their future.

Sample Daily Schedule — Toddlers

Times are anchors, not alarms. The rhythm is the same every day; the pace follows the children.

Time Moment What Happens
6:30 AM Arrival & Welcome Greeted by name, hellos chosen at the Greetings Menu, jobs claimed, and the day's headline read.
8:30 Breakfast Fresh, organic food at a shared table. Manners and healthy habits are taught here, not assumed.
9:00 Morning Spark The week's theme opens, the big question, the read-aloud, and the day's first wondering.
9:20 Work Time & Small Groups Language & Literacy · Math & Science Discovery · Reading & Story · Art & Creative Expression · Real-Life Skills. Interest areas stay open all week.
Daily Enrichment One every day, Sign Language · Spanish · Yoga · Orff-Inspired Music · French, five enrichments across the week.
Morning Outside Time 20–30 minutes by rotation, or our indoor movement space when the weather keeps us in.
11:45 Lunch Fresh, organic food. Trying something new is celebrated, "no thank you" is respected, and children clear their own places.
12:20–2:30 Rest & Quiet Time Bodies rest. Early risers read, draw, and work quietly beside them.
2:30 Waking & Small Groups Slow waking at each child's own pace, cots away by their own hands, then small groups.
3:00 Afternoon Snack The third meal of the day, fresh fruit and whole foods, poured and passed by the children.
Afternoon Outside Time 20–30 minutes by rotation, or our indoor movement space.
3:30 Twilight — Wind-Down The day closes: what we noticed, what we made, and one quiet piece of work.
Until 6:00 PM Choice Time & Goodbyes Interest areas stay open, families greeted and updated at the door, and every departure by name.

ORFF Music

Inspired by the Orff Schulwerk approach developed by German composer and educator Carl Orff, children explore music through movement, rhythm, singing, storytelling, and hands-on musical experiences. The program supports creativity, self-expression, communication, listening skills, and social development while fostering a lifelong appreciation for music.

Fun Fact: The Orff approach teaches music the same way children learn language—through exploration, imitation, movement, and play.

Yoga & Mindfulness

Through yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques, children develop focus, balance, self-regulation, and emotional well-being. Beginning in our youngest classrooms, these practices help children build healthy habits that support both physical and mental wellness throughout life.

Family Feedback: Many families share that children bring these techniques home, using breathing exercises and mindfulness strategies independently in everyday situations.

French & Spanish

Through engaging, age-appropriate experiences, children are introduced to new languages and cultures while developing communication skills, confidence, and global awareness. Early exposure to multiple languages also supports cognitive development, problem-solving, creative thinking, and executive functioning skills.

Fun Fact: Children can naturally acquire multiple languages simultaneously during early childhood. Research suggests that young children have the remarkable ability to learn several languages with native-like proficiency when exposed consistently from an early age.

Sign Language

Introduced beginning in our infant program, sign language helps children communicate their needs, reduce frustration, build confidence, and support early language development.

Fun Fact: Research shows that sign language can strengthen communication skills and support language development long before children are able to express themselves fully with words.
