ABOUT US: The story of Owners

The Founders' Story: Meg and Mesut Birgun

Meg and Mesut Birgun, the founders of Ecole 360, share a deep passion for education and community service. Their journey began at university, where they first met while volunteering for children in need. This shared commitment to making a difference laid the foundation for their future endeavors.

Meg has always been devoted to education, continually seeking opportunities to enhance her knowledge and skills. She holds a BA in Teaching and an MBA in Educational Management. Her innovative approach to childcare led to significant achievements in her career, including the rapid expansion of a company she worked for, which opened 55 centers in just three years. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Meg is an active member of the community, serving as an ambassador for the Palatine Chamber of Commerce and supporting local family events.

Mesut, with a degree in Political Science, initially pursued a career in event management for NGOs and government entities. His work allowed him to travel to over 50 countries, gaining diverse experiences and perspectives.

Together, Meg and Mesut combined their backgrounds and experiences to create Ecole 360 Child Development Center, a groundbreaking concept in the childcare industry. Their vision is to fulfill the dreams of families seeking the best for their children. They are the proud parents of two daughters, ages eight and fifteen, who inspire their dedication to nurturing and educating the next generation. Their only wish is to make the dream of the families come true who are wishing for their kids the best.

On-Site Ownership and Expansion

Following the success of their first center, Meg and Mesut decided to expand Ecole 360 to meet the growing demand from families. They introduced a unique model of on-site ownership for each new center, partnering with trusted friends from college with whom they have shared over 30 years of friendship. This approach ensures a strong sense of ownership and a family-like atmosphere in every Ecole 360 center.

Their partners come from various backgrounds, enriching the Ecole 360 community with diverse experiences and strengths. Together, they continue their journey with trust, friendship, and a shared commitment to excellence, making Ecole 360 better and stronger every day.
